The design and installation of a containment solution, alongside the installation and fabrication of pipework.

BACKGROUND:

The project’s specification was agreed, and our team was able to work from this and 3D construction modelling.

SOLUTION & OUTCOMES:

Our team first installed all electrical equipment, and then the skid was dismantled of all associated pipework and containment, then grit blasted and painted. All pipework and equipment were reinstated, cabling and final connections 888 casino appmade to the marshalling panels, and trace heating then installed to complete the project.

As with all our projects, we maintained close coordination with all parties, especially crucial for this project as there were a number of trades onsite and involved.

Point to point testing was undertaken for the verification of each circuit, where a temporary supply was installed with control links, through to commissioning the opening and closing of valves and actuators.

The Veternfall pilot 888 casino loginplant was shipped directly to East Germany for installation as part of a larger, ongoing project, marking the completion of an essential element of the commissioning process.
